Shaun was paying a friend to cook his meal prep for him due to a very busy lifestyle. He brought them home and his mum Winny said she would have been more than happy to cook them for him. After taking his mum’s home cooked meals into the workplace and university, his colleagues started asking him about the meals and if Winny would be happy to cook some for them too. Winny’s Meals was born. Almost 4 years on Winny’s Meals now ships thousands of meals around the UK every week.

We believe healthy food should be just as ‘fast’ as fast food. Winny’s Meals provides tasty, healthy and convenient home cooked meals that people all over the UK can enjoy.
